Shipping policy

We currently offer delivery exclusively within the United Kingdom (Mainland UK and Northern Ireland, excluding remote offshore locations). Due to the size and weight of modular kitchen units (such as carcasses, large cabinets, and appliances), we provide two straightforward delivery options to suit your schedule:

1. Standard Delivery

• Timeline: Delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

• Details: Ideal for planned renovation projects. Our logistics team will bring your items directly to your doorstep (or a ground-floor room of your choice, subject to safe access).

• Cost: £15 for large items (Large Delivery), but it becomes Free if your total order amount exceeds £500.

2. Express Delivery

• Timeline: Delivered on the next working day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM) or on a specific preferred date.

• Details: Perfect if you are on a tight construction schedule and need your kitchen units immediately.

• Cost: For large kitchen orders (placed in-store exceeding £1,000), the fixed delivery fee for specialized transport is £75.

Important Note: For large kitchen orders containing multiple bulky cartons and tall towers, our customer service team will contact you in advance to coordinate a convenient time slot and ensure seamless offloading.
